Watch North Muskegon High School's 42nd Annual Academic Awards Program followed by the Jean Baptiste Recollect Chapter National Honor Society (NHS) Induction Ceremony.

Academic Awards Program (00:00)

Join us as we recognize students for their outstanding academic achievement across their Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior years.

• Varsity Letter Recipients: Awarded to students who maintained a 3.5 GPA or better for their Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior year.

• Lamp of Learning Pin Recipients: Awarded to students who maintained a 3.5 GPA or better for their Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior year on two separate occasions.

• Symbol of Excellence Plaque Recipients: Awarded to Seniors who maintained a 3.5 GPA or better for their Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior years.

National Honor Society Induction Ceremony (24:15)

The program transitions at 24:15 to welcome new members into the Jean Baptiste Recollect Chapter of the National Honor Society.

• Welcome by Ms. Jennifer Schultz, Principal.

• National Anthem performed by NHS Strings.

• Introduction by Mr. Joseph Grelewicz, NHS Advisor.

• The Four Pillars of NHS are presented:

  • Scholarship: Gabrielle Benedict

  • Leadership: Isabella Fornaro

  • Service: Caroline Lamiman

  • Character: Naomi Zziwambazza

• National Honor Society Pledge led by Gabrielle Benedict.

• Introduction of New Members & Signing of the Scroll.

• Alma Mater led by the NHS Choir.

• Closing Remarks by Ms. Jennifer Schultz.
